30 Day Return Policy

Should you wish to return a purchase within 30 days, please contact us first.

 

We will be happy to refund or exchange any product, for any reason, provided it is in good condition. You are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your charge. On satisfactory return, we will refund your payment through the same payment method used to purchase the products

 

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

 We will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by us, except in the case of goods that are faulty, mis-described, not fit for purpose, or incorrectly supplied

 

UNSUITABLE ITEMS

You may return unsuitable item(s) to us for a refund, credit or replacement. To qualify for a refund, credit or replacement the item(s) should be returned so that they reach us within 30 days of your receipt of them. The item(s) must be in their original condition, with tags attached and must be unworn/ unused.

Once we are satisfied the item(s) is in its original condition and unworn, we will issue a refund for the goods. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt by us of the item(s) for the refund to appear back on either your card or paypal account.  

FAULTY GOODS

Where an item(s) is found to be faulty, mis-described, not fit for purpose or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a full refund. Please return the item(s) to us.
